Grill the slices on the BBQ. Grill the sweet potato for about 10 minutes and the halloumi for 4 minutes. Grilling the halloumi is crucial for the most delicious results. The cheese has a firm texture and retains its shape after grilling. Remember to flip the slices halfway through.
