This spicy avocado sauce is delicious on tacos and in wraps. The sauce goes really well with chicken and beef. You can also use the sauce as a dip or even as a spicy pasta sauce.
Remove the skin from the avocados and remove the stone in the middle. Cut the flesh into large pieces. Dice the clove of garlic into very fine pieces. Remove the stems from the habanero and jalapeño peppers and cut up the peppers.
Cook all the ingredients, except for the lime, in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes. Drain this and mix everything in a blender. Add the lime juice.
