Spicy avocado sauce with jalapeno and habanero peppers

This fiery avocado sauce is a perfect complement to tacos and wraps. It pairs great with chicken and steak, and you can also enjoy it as a salsa dip or a spicy pasta sauce.

Ingredients

3 avocados
2 jalapeño peppers
1 habanero pepper
1 lime
1 clove of garlic
6 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

    Remove the skin and seed from the avocados. Cut the flesh into large pieces. Finely chop the garlic clove. Remove the stems of the habanero and jalapeno peppers and cut them into pieces.

    Boil all ingredients, except the lime, in a pan of water for 10 minutes. Drain and blend everything in the blender. Add the lime juice.

    Finally, pass the blended mixture through a sieve.

    Store the sauce in a glass jar.
