Remove the skin and seed from the avocados. Cut the flesh into large pieces. Finely chop the garlic clove. Remove the stems of the habanero and jalapeno peppers and cut them into pieces.
Boil all ingredients, except the lime, in a pan of water for 10 minutes. Drain and blend everything in the blender. Add the lime juice.
Finally, pass the blended mixture through a sieve.
Store the sauce in a glass jar.
