Healthy chocolate mousse with avocado and pomegranate

This healthy chocolate mousse with avocado will simply melt in your mouth, you won’t believe what you’re tasting! The addition of crunchy pomegranate seeds provides a delightful texture.

Ingredients

1 avocado
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla powder or seeds of ½ vanilla pod n
A dash of plant-based (rice) milk
Seeds of ½ pomegranate

Preparation

    Blend the avocado and bananas in a food processor or strong blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.

    Add the rice milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder to the blender. Mix well until you get a smooth and dark mousse.

    Divide the chocolate mousse over two bowls and refrigerate them for half an hour.
