Healthy chocolate mousse with avocado and pomegranate


1 avocado
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla powder or the seeds from half a vanilla bean
Splash of (rice) milk
Seeds from half a pomegranate

This healthy chocolate mousse made with avocado will melt on your tongue. It’s so delicious, you won’t believe what you’re tasting! The crunchy pomegranate seeds give the mousse a wonderful bite.

    Put the avocado and banana into a food processor or powerful blender. Blitz in the food processor until you have a smooth mass.

    Add the (rice) milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla powder/vanilla bean seeds. Blitz in the food processor until everything is mixed well and the mousse is lovely, smooth and dark.

    Split the mousse equally between two dishes. Place the dishes in the refrigerator for half an hour.
