Smoothie with carambola


2 carambolas
3 bananas
2-3 tbsp sugar
400 ml milk

The refreshing taste of the carambola really comes into its own in a delicious smoothie. Great for starting the day or at any time!

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and whizz until smooth.

    Pour into 4 glasses.

    Garnish each glass with a slice of carambola, add a straw and serve.
