Yoghurt lollies with mangosteen


4-6 Discovered mangosteens
200 ml whole milk yoghurt
125 g sugar
200 ml whipping cream

Make yoghurt lollies with a difference with mangosteen. Discover this amazing taste!

    Cut the mangosteen segments into chunks.

    In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Whip the cream in a bowl and fold in the mangosteen flesh and yoghurt mixture.

    Fill 8 tall, narrow glasses to the rim with the yoghurt mixture. Insert a lolly stick into each glass. Cover the glasses with cling film (the sticks can poke through).

    Allow to freeze, covered, in the freezer for about 4 hours.

    Remove the lollies from the freezer and dip the bottoms of the glasses briefly in hot water. Gently pull the ice lollies out of the glasses by the sticks.
