Sweet potato smoothie with mango and lime

Sweet potato in a smoothie? Give it a try! The combination of sweet potato with mango and lime is a truly special taste experience.

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes
3 limes
2 ripe mangoes
5 dl vegan yoghurt
Fine table sugar or honey

Preparation

    Bake the potatoes in aluminium foil for 50 minutes at 200 °C in the oven until tender, then allow them to cool.

    Remove the potato skin and cut the sweet potatoes into pieces. Peel and dice the mangoes and squeeze the limes for their juice.

    Blend all ingredients together into a smooth smoothie.

    If you find the smoothie too thick, add a little fruit juice to achieve the desired consistency.

    Adjust the sweetness of the smoothie with sugar or a touch of honey.
