Spinach salad with sharon fruit


1 Discovered Sharon fruit
150 g goat’s cheese
150 g spinach (fresh)
Salt and pepper
Handful of almonds (roasted)

A very exciting combination of spinach, goat’s cheese and Sharon fruit. Give it a try!

    Arrange the spinach on a large, flat platter.

    Cut the Sharon fruit into thin wedges and arrange on top of the spinach.

    Crumble the goat’s cheese over the salad and top with the almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    TIP: Also delicious with a pesto or balsamic dressing.
