2 passion fruit
2 cloves of garlic
3 onions
4 bird’s eye chilies
1 lime
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. sugar
This spicy passion fruit sauce is delicious on tacos and in wraps. The sauce goes really well with fish and meat. You can also use the sauce as a dip or salad dressing.
Preparation

Half the passion fruit. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Chop up the onion.

Remove the stems from the bird’s eye chilies and slice the chilies.

Cook all the ingredients, except for the passion fruit, in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes.

Drain this and mix everything in a blender. Add the passion fruit flesh.
