3 cloves of garlic
4 habanero peppers
½ tsp. salt
This spicy mango sauce is wonderfully seasoned. The sauce goes really well with both fish and meat. It’s incredibly delicious with rice dishes. You can also use the sauce as a dip.
Remove the peel from the mangos and remove the stone from the middle. Cut the flesh into large pieces. Dice the cloves of garlic very finely. Chop up the onion. Remove the stems from the habanero peppers and slice the peppers.
Cook all the ingredients, except for the lime, in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes. Drain this and mix everything in a blender. Add the lime juice. Lastly, sieve the mixed ingredients.
