Sharon fruit (or persimmon) smoothie with banana


2 Sharon fruit
1 banana
200 ml (non-dairy) milk
100 ml water
pinch of cinnamon

Using Sharon fruit in your smoothie adds vitamin A, calcium, magnesium, and necessary fibre. Plus, it’s just really yummy!

    Cut up the Sharon fruit. Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
