Roasted papaya with coconut ice cream


1 ripe papaya
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 lime
2 tbsp. brown sugar
coconut ice cream

Everyone loves a good dessert, but it also has to be a healthy one. This roasted papaya with coconut ice cream will impress everyone! Small effort, delicious result.

    Preheat the oven to 180° C.

    Cut the papaya in half lengthwise. Spoon out the seeds and discard.

    Mix the honey, the lime juice and the brown sugar. Brush the flesh with the mixture.

    Put in the oven for 20/25 minutes. Sprinkle with some lime zest.

    Serve with coconut ice cream.
