1 bunch green asparagus 180 ml vegan sour cream 180 ml vegan mayonnaise 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley 1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives 1 tsp. freshly chopped dill 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice Salt and pepper

Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody bottom. For a beautiful presentation, place the green asparagus in a glass on the table.
