Raw green asparagus with herbal dip


1 bunch green asparagus
180 ml sour cream
180 ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
1 tsp. freshly chopped dill
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper

    Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody bottoms. Stand the green asparagus up in a glass for a fun table decoration.
