Raspberry sorbet

Ingrediënts

500 g chopped raspberries
250 ml coconut milk
1 lime (juiced)
1-2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 splash of vodka

Creamy and refreshing raspberry sorbet with coconut milk and sweet raspberries.

Preparation

    Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

    Place puree mixture in ice cream maker and churn until creamy and thick. If you’re planning on freezing this overnight, add a splash of vodka now (This keeps the sorbet from getting too hard).

    Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer.
