100 g granola
500 g quark
25 g flaked coconut
4 sprigs fresh mint
A delicious trifle with pomelo, quark and granola. Garnish with some crunchy pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes and fresh mint. Ideal before or after your exercise session. There's plenty of protein in quark. Pomelo is rich in vitamin C and also provides plenty of fibre. This satisfies your hunger longer.
Fill 4 glasses with a layer of granola and spoon the quark over it.
Cut a slice off the top and bottom of the pomelo and remove all the peel. Remove the sections from the membranes. Place on the quark.
Halve the pomegranate and remove the pips. Distribute them over the pomelo and quark.
Sprinkle with the flaked coconut and garnish with the mint sprigs. Serve straightaway.
