Bring a sauce pan of water to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Place the sago pearls in the water and cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring so that the pearls don’t sink to the bottom. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to sit for approx. 15 minutes while covered. Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water.

Peel and cube the mango (see how to do this here). Remove the flesh from the pomelo (see how to do this here).

Place the milk, coconut milk, and half of the mango cubes in a blender. Mix everything until smooth. Place this mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or add a few ice cubes to it.

Pour the mixture into bowls or glasses. Add the sago pearls. Portion out the rest of the mango and the pomelo in the bowls. Enjoy!
