Pomegranate smoothie with strawberries and lime


1 handful of strawberries
2 pomegranates
½ lime
250 ml low-fat cream cheese
½ tbsp. honey (or other sweetener to taste)

The cream cheese makes this smoothie low-fat and the pomegranate seeds create a flavour explosion. It’s also very healthy, nutrient-rich and full of fibre, which will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

    Quarter the pomegranates. Push the seeds out of the quarters into a bowl of water. Remove the pomegranate seeds from the water and put them in a blender.

    Juice the lime into the blender.
  • 3
    Add the other ingredients and blend until mixed well.
