Plant-based Easter toast with mango spread

Discover this delicious plant-based Easter toast of crunchy toasted bread with the exotic sweetness of mango spread.

Ingredients:

2 mangoes
½ avocado
½ dragon fruit
1 lime
2 passion fruits
4 slices of bread
a pinch of cinnamon

Garnish: nut and seed mix, coconut flakes

Preparation

    Slice the mangoes and scoop out the flesh from one passion fruit.

    Put the fruit with the juice of half a lime and the cinnamon in the blender and blend to an even spread.

    Toast the bread and cut into the shape of an Easter egg.

    Cut the avocado and dragon fruit into shapes and strips. Decorate the bread with the mango spread, fruit, nut and seed mix and coconut rind.
