Pitahaya smoothie bowl with yoghurt & four-cereal mix

Smoothie bowl with yoghurt, pineapple, blackberries, pitahaya and four-cereal mix. A wonderful and simple smoothie bowl with dragon fruit. The combination of pitahaya with pineapple and blackberries creates a refreshingly sweet breakfast.

Ingredients

1 pitahaya (also known as dragon fruit)
40 g soy yoghurt
45 g pineapple (frozen)
45 g blackberries (frozen)
30 g four-cereal mix or oats

Preparation

    Cut the pitahaya in half lengthwise and remove the skin. Dice a few cubes for the garnish.

    Place the rest of the pitahaya with the pineapple and blackberries in the blender and blend. Add the yoghurt at the end.

    Put the fruit-yoghurt mixture from the blender into a bowl. Garnish with the diced pitahaya and top with the 4-cereal mix.
