Papaya smoothie with banana and strawberry
75 g fresh strawberries
80 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
10 ice cubes
The delicious flavour of papaya is spectacularly highlighted in a tasty smoothie. Perfect for starting your day or as a snack between meals!
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. Peel and cut into chunks. Peel and slice the banana. Remove the calyxes from the strawberries and cut up the strawberries.
Now put all the ingredients in the blender and purée until smooth.
Tip: Don’t have a blender? Then use a hand blender. Leave out the ice cubes and place the cut-up fruit in the freezer before puréeing them.
