Oven-roasted butternut squash


1 Discovered butternut squash
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
4 tbsp olive oil
½ bunch parsley (finely chopped)

Oven-roasted butternut squash with garlic and parsley – a delicious side dish!

    Pre-heat the oven to 190°C. Grease an ovenproof dish.

    Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise, peel if you want and remove the seeds. Cut the butternut squash into 1 cm slices and mix with the garlic, olive oil and parsley in an ovenproof dish. Ready in 30 minutes!

    Tip: Don’t care for garlic? Replace the garlic with cumin seeds!
