Mexican Bowl with avocado and lime


200 g black beans
1 onion
½ courgette
2 tomatoes
300 g beefsteak
Mexican spices
  (½ tsp. of the following: paprika/cumin/cayenne/garlic powder)
1 avocado
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
1 lime

Mexican food is delicious! Don't want a heavy meal loaded with cheese and carbohydrates? Make this bowl with lots of veggies, meat, beans and fresh guacamole.

    Cut the beefsteak, tomato, and courgette into cubes. Dice the onion.

    Mash the avocado and add fresh garlic and the juice from half a lime.
  • 3
    Sauté the onion in a tsp. of oil for 3 minutes and then add the courgette.

    Warm up the beans over low heat.
  • 5
    Fry the strips of beef in olive oil and the Mexican spices for approx. 2 minutes.

    Combine the hot and cold ingredients on a plate or in a bowl. Enjoy!
