Mango mousse


2 Discovered mangos
300 ml whipping cream
whites of 2 eggs
3 tsp honey
Chopped pistachio nuts

A wonderfully soft mango mousse that’s very easy to make. A hit every time!

    Cut the mango into chunks. Puree the mango chunks in a food processor or with a hand blender until smooth.

    Whip the cream. Beat the egg white until it forms stiff peaks. Fold the mango and honey through 2/3rds of the whipped cream. Fold the egg white through the mango and cream mixture.

    Spoon the mousse into 4 glasses and place in the refrigerator to set for about an hour.

    Garnish with the remaining whipped cream and some chopped pistachios.
