100 g Parma ham
2 large mangos, peeled and cut into segments

For the dressing:
1 ripe mango
125 ml lime juice
50 ml olive oil
½ tsp. chili powder (optional)

An easy-to-make, scrumptious starter. A true taste sensation.

    Wrap a slice of Parma ham around each mango segment and place them on the plates.

    Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
