Lime smoothie with avocado and banana


1 ripe avocado
2 limes
4 heaped tbsp. thick Greek yogurt
1 banana
2 tsp. (or more) honey to taste
4 ice cubes

Enjoy this wonderfully refreshing smoothie with lime, avocado, banana, and Greek yogurt. Quick and easy to make!

    Cube the avocado flesh. Zest the limes and then juice them.

    Place the avocado, lime juice, lime zest, and yogurt in the blender. Blitz briefly.

    Add the banana, mix together, and then taste the mixture. You can add the honey now to make it sweeter.

    Lastly, add the ice cubes and blend the smoothie until the ice is crushed. If necessary, add a little water to thin out the smoothie.
