Ingredients

  • 1 large orange sweet potato
  • 1 large purple sweet potato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 red beetroot
  • 2 apples
  • 2 limes
  • 2 cm fresh ginger

Preparation

    Prepare the ingredients by cutting them into small pieces. Mathijs peels the orange sweet potatoes, but leaves the carrot and apple unpeeled. Remove the peel from the lime and ginger.

    Use a slow juicer or juicer to process the ingredients. Add the ginger as the second-to-last ingredient and the lime as the final one as sometimes the ginger threads get stuck in the appliance and the lime may cause the ginger juice to drip out.

    You can then make the purple juice from purple sweet potato, raw beetroot, apple, lime and ginger in the same way as the orange juice. It's both tasty and healthy!
