Healthy chocolate mousse with avocado

This healthy chocolate mousse with avocado is a delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional chocolate desserts. This delightful treat combines the rich flavour of chocolate with the creamy texture of avocado, allowing you to indulge in a tempting dessert guilt-free.

Ingredients

2 bananas (preferably well-ripe)
2 avocados
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Toppings:
1 tbsp puffed quinoa
1 tbsp granola
Fresh fruit

Preparation

    Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Cut the avocados lengthwise in half around the seed. Remove the seed and scoop out the avocado flesh.

    Put the bananas, avocados and cocoa powder in a food processor and blend until smooth. Done!

    Divide the mousse into serving bowls and top with your favourite toppings. So easy!
