Grilled sweet potato on the BBQ (or from the grill)


3 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. olive oil
Pinch of sea salt

Healthy and tasty: BBQ (or grilled) roasted sweet potato.

    Wash the sweet potatoes and slice them in half. Cut the halves into long slices, approx. 0.5 cm thick.

    Mix the paprika powder, thyme, sea salt and olive oil together. Coat the sweet potato slices with this mixture until they are completely covered with this marinade.

    Grill the sweet potato slices for approx. 10 to 15 minutes until both sides are browned.
