Grilled green asparagus with bacon


1 bunch green asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
100 g bacon slices

Try using a grill pan to cook green asparagus: quick as a wink for a tasty result. Wrapping in bacon makes asparagus a real delicacy!

    Trim off the bottom ends of the asparagus. Green asparagus does not have to be peeled. Wrap each asparagus in a slice of bacon.

    Pour 2 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan. Heat the oil and distribute over the bottom of the pan.

    Turn down the heat. Arrange the asparagus next to each other in the pan and grill for about 8 minutes until al dente. Turn frequently during cooking.
