Grilled green asparagus salad with parmesan cheese

Savour the taste of grilled green asparagus salad with vegan Parmesan cheese. This delicious combination of juicy, grilled asparagus, creamy Parmesan cheese and a light dressing is a real treat. Perfect as a starter or a side dish.

Ingredients

1 bunch of green asparagus
Dash of olive oil
Fresh black pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste
Balsamic syrup to taste
2 tbsp roasted and coarsely crumbled hazelnuts
100 g vegan Parmesan cheese

Preparation

    Wash the asparagus and cut 3 cm off the bottom. This lower part is often not as good in taste and texture.

    Marinate the asparagus with a little olive oil and plenty of freshly ground pepper and sea salt.

    Heat the grill pan and grill the asparagus, keeping a close eye on them, until they are tender. Do not forget to turn on your extractor fan. Any visible grill marks on the asparagus will be delicious and beautiful.

    Meanwhile, you can already grate the vegan Parmesan cheese. When the asparagus have cooled down, place them on a nice dish. Sprinkle some more fresh pepper, sea salt and the toasted hazelnuts on top. The dish is best served lukewarm.
