Ingredients
200 g spinach
200 g green asparagus tips
Serving of hot-smoked salmon
2 boiled eggs
1 avocado
watercress (or alfalfa)
handful of soya beans
This is a tasty, healthy salad recipe with salmon, avocado, and green asparagus. This protein-rich salad helps to repair your muscles and is also good for your skin and hair.
Preparation

Grill the asparagus in a tsp. of olive oil in the grill pan.

Halve the eggs lengthways, add salt and pepper to taste.

Then cut the avocado into slices.

Place the spinach on a platter, then place the other ingredients on top.

You can still make a dressing using 2 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 tsp. of lemon juice, 1 tbsp. of honey, and half a tsp. of mustard.
