Cut 2 cm off the bottom of all asparagus, discarding the lower ends.
Cut the asparagus in half lengthwise and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Thread the asparagus onto two skewers to prevent them from slipping through the grill. This method allows for easy turning and grilling. Ideal!
Serve the grilled asparagus hot as a side dish with a drizzle of balsamic syrup and crumbled vegetable feta.
