350 grams haricots verts
3 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of spring onion
Pinch of cumin
100 grams grated mozzarella
This recipe by TV chef Mathijs Vrieze is very simple, but it's finger-licking good! These gratinated haricots verts with mozzarella, garlic, spring onion and a pinch of cumin are easy to make and very tasty
Clean the haricot verts by cutting them clean at one end. Place a number of beans in a row and cut off the root. You can leave the bent end on.
Cut the garlic and spring onion into pieces. Mix the beans with a tablespoon of olive oil and the seasoning. Roast in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the beans with grated mozzarella cheese and a little cumin seed. Grill the haricot verts in the oven (on the grill setting if necessary) for a further 8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
