Figs and prosciutto with basil and almonds

Ingredients

8 fresh figs
2 oz. prosciutto
Roasted almonds (or salted)
Basil cress
Olive oil (or balsamic vinegar)

Figs and prosciutto are a great combination. The basil cress and roasted almonds make this is a starter to die for!

Preparation

    Carefully wash the figs and cut them into quarters (but not all the way through).

    Add the prosciutto, basil cress and roasted almonds to each fig.

    Drizzle everything with olive oil.
  • 4
    Tip: You can also use balsamic vinegar instead of olive oil!
