4 fresh figs
2 bananas
400 ml low-fat yogurt
Grated coconut
Small handful of chia seeds

A healthy smoothie with fresh figs and bananas, topped with coconut and chia seeds.

    Wash the figs, remove the stems, and cut in half. Peel the bananas and cut into slices.

    Place the figs and the banana in a blender. Pour in the yogurt and blend until the mixture is smooth.

    Pour the smoothie into a pretty glass and sprinkle the grated coconut and chia seeds on top.
