Exotic yoghurt with Passion fruit

Ingredients

1 passion fruit
150g fatfree yoghurt
little milk
15 g sugar
1 splash of lemon juice

Add a tropical touch to your quark with passion fruit!

Preparation

    Cut the passion fruit in half and spoon the pulp into a bowl.
  • 2
    Add the yoghurt and milk and stir well.
  • 3
    Bring to taste with sugar and lemon juice. Stir again and serve.

    Tip To make juice without seeds: rub the pulp through a sieve or press the two halves with a juicer.
