3 tbsp lemon juice
100 g sugar
3 dl yogurt

Easy blueberry frozen yogurt for a delicious dessert.

  • 1
Keep 50g berries aside for garnish. Mash the berries with a hand blender or in a blender.
  • 2
Mix the berry puree with lemon juice, sugar and yogurt. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it through the berry-yogurt mixture.
  • 3
Pour into a large bowl or plastic container and let it freeze half an hour. Using a whisk or fork, stir in the icy bits from the edges and mix with the softer center until completely smooth.
  • 4
Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for up to 3 hours, making sure to whip until smooth before putting it back in to freeze.
  • 5
When ready to use, serve scoops of ice cream topped with blueberries and wafers.
