Blackberry smoothie


125 ml fat free milk
250 ml low fat (vanilla) yoghurt
½ medium banana, coarsely chopped
50 gr blackberries

Combining blackberries, banana and yoghurt makes a fantastic smoothie.

    Pour milk, yoghurt, banana and blackberries in a blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Pour in 2 glasses and serve immediately.
