Slice the avocado in half lengthwise. Remove the pit. Draw a knife through the avocado flesh, so that it is cubed. Scoop the flesh out of the rind. Open the drink coconut and pour the coconut water in a cup or bowl.

Pour three quarters of the coconut water and add the avocado to a blender, and then mix until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients. If necessary, add a bit more coconut water to thin the mixture.

Pour the mixture into two glasses and enjoy!
