2 avocados
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp hummus
2 radishes
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tray of cress
1 tray of coriander
In the kitchen with Dafne & Sanne! This time a tasty dish especially for the festive season: avocado halves. This avocado filled with hummus can also be eaten for lunch or as a snack!
Preparation

Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Carefully scoop the flesh all in one piece out of the skin.

Sprinkle the avocado halves with a little lime juice. Spoon some hummus into the hollow where the pit was.

Cut the radishes into slices and place them on each half of the avocados. Decorate each 3 of the avocado halves with different toppings: sesame seeds, paprika, and cress so you wind up with various textures. To finish off, garnish with a couple of coriander sprigs.

Serve avocado halves straight away. Also delicious with flatbread or crackers.
