How to: stir-fry with exotic vegetables

If you want to eat fast and healthy, stir-fry dishes are ideal. It’s quick and your vegetables will have a nice bite. Our exotic green vegetables are great for stir-frying.

What is stir-fry?

Stir-fry is a way of cooking where you cook the ingredients quickly on a high heat. This sears meat or fish quickly and retains the flavour and juices. Your vegetables remain crisp, colourful and retain their vitamins.

How do you stir-fry?

Heat the wok until it is very hot. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and cook the meat or fish first. Cut up your vegetables and wok until the vegetables are al dente. Now you can add extra flavours, such as herbs and spices, (stir-fry) sauces. Serve your stir-fry with noodles or rice.

You can also use thick green asparagus, you don't have to peel these either, but it is better to cut them into 3 pieces.
