5 x layered breakfasts with cottage cheese, granola and exotic fruit

Cottage cheese, granola and exotic fruit: a fine and healthy way to start your day. Make it a treat with a nice trifle! You probably know a trifle as a dessert, but this variant is actually breakfast. The trifle is made with delicious layers of cottage cheese or yoghurt, (homemade) granola and exotic fruit. It is very easy to make, but looks very festive. Five delicious variations that make us happy:

Sharon fruit trifle with speculaas granola

This trifle is a truly delicious breakfast. The delicious homemade speculaas (Dutch ginger bread) granola and the tasty sharon fruit make a great combination with a beautifully thick fromage frais.

Pomelo Trifle with quark & granola
